RF-SMART collects customer, asset, service order, pricing, inventory and other information from your ERP system and makes that data available to field personnel on mobile devices or laptops. This data can be synchronized with enterprise data anytime, anywhere via wireless air card, cell phone network, WiFi or cradle.

While onsite, field personnel can perform and record service orders, make ERP inquiries, obtain pricing for quotations, track parts and labor and even create new service orders on-the-fly to eliminate the need to make return service calls. Technicians can also track and record non-billable components, such as warranty-related work and customer-provided parts.

Enterprise Synchronization

RF-SMART uses certified ERP integration techniques and securely synchronizes data using cellular, WiFi (802.11) or device cradles. Data updates can be performed automatically based upon coverage availability or on-demand—whenever the sales person needs it.
