Health Savings Account
Existing team members will receive the HSA lump sum payment in January and our US-based new hires will receive the same HSA lump payment upon start date.
Annual Bonus Plan
The Bonus Plan is based on the profitability of the company with a specific target Operating Income %. All full-time employees who are not on a commission or other specific compensation plan are eligible.
Employee Recruitment Bonus
We pay our team members $50 for qualified referrals. If your referral gets hired for a full-time position, you will receive an additional $1500.00.
401K Savings Plan
You are eligible to participate in the plan on the first of the month following three full months of employment.
Personal Time Off (PTO)
PTO covers vacation, illness, emergencies, or other personal circumstances that require time off from work. PTO days accrue on a monthly-basis at a rate dependent upon the employee’s length of service.
Nine paid holidays per year: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the Friday after, and two days at Christmas.

Maternity and Adoption Leave
Female employees who give birth will receive 40 hours of Paid Maternity Leave, in order to help the new mom recover from childbirth. Employees who adopt a child will receive 40 hours of Paid Adoption Leave.
