Our Benefits

Fruity Days and Healthy Snacks

Every Tuesday and Friday, we provide a healthy breakfast spread for our employees including fruits, yogurt and granola. We also provide a daily variety of snacks to our employees including nuts, pretzels, and dried fruit.

Monthly Special Lunch Spreads

Every month, we have a lunch catered for our employees to celebrate all the great events (birthdays, anniversaries, new hires, etc. ) happening!

Quarterly Massages

Each quarter, employees located in our US-based offices are offered a 15 minute professional chair massage. Our remote and international team members receive an annual massage therapy stipend.

Break Room with Activities

Our break room has a ping pong table, board games, video games, etc. This is an inclusive environment to relieve stress and get to know your peers better.

Health Savings Account

All US based team members electing coverage under our healthcare plan will receive a lump sum payment into their HSA at the beginning of their plan year, as well as a monthly HSA contribution.

Annual Bonus Plan

The Bonus Plan is based on the profitability of the company with a specific target Operating Income %. All full-time employees who are not on a commission or other specific compensation plan are eligible.

Employee Recruitment Bonus

We pay our team members $50 for qualified referrals. If your referral gets hired for a full-time position, you will receive an additional $1500.00.

Personal Time Off (PTO)

PTO covers vacation, illness, emergencies, or other personal circumstances that require time off from work. PTO days accrue on a monthly-basis at a rate dependent upon the employee’s length of service.

Holidays

Nine paid holidays per year: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, two days at Christmas, and the Floating Holiday.

Employee Performance Awards

Employees who are recognized for outstanding performance or exceptional accomplishments by customers, managers, or peers, can earn special awards through various programs

Wellness Program

An internal employee wellness program to encourage employees to take control of their lifestyles by infusing the RF-SMART environment with enjoyable and challenging opportunities to learn about and adopt improved health and well-being.

Paid Maternity Leave

Employees who give birth will receive 8 full weeks of Paid Maternity Leave in order to help them recover and bond with their new baby.

Paid Parental Leave

Following the birth, adoption or foster placement of a child, employees will receive 3 full weeks of Paid Parental Leave in order to help them bond with their new child.

401k Savings Plan w/Employer Match

US Employees are eligible to participate in our 401K plan on the first of the month following date of hire. The plan offers employer match of up to 4% of your income.

Education Assistance

Full-time employees with at least one year of employment may be eligible for educational assistance through our Tuition Reimbursement Program.
