Health Savings Account
All US based team members electing coverage under our healthcare plan will receive a lump sum payment into their HSA at the beginning of their plan year, as well as a monthly HSA contribution.
Annual Bonus Plan
The Bonus Plan is based on the profitability of the company with a specific target Operating Income %. All full-time employees who are not on a commission or other specific compensation plan are eligible.
Employee Recruitment Bonus
We pay our team members $50 for qualified referrals. If your referral gets hired for a full-time position, you will receive an additional $1500.00.
Personal Time Off (PTO)
PTO covers vacation, illness, emergencies, or other personal circumstances that require time off from work. PTO days accrue on a monthly-basis at a rate dependent upon the employee’s length of service.
Nine paid holidays per year: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the Friday after, and two days at Christmas.

Paid Maternity Leave
Employees who give birth will receive 8 full weeks of Paid Maternity Leave in order to help them recover and bond with their new baby.
Paid Parental Leave
Following the birth, adoption or foster placement of a child, employees will receive 3 full weeks of Paid Parental Leave in order to help them bond with their new child.

US Employees are eligible to participate in our 401K plan on the first of the month following date of hire. The plan offers employer match of up to 4% of your income.
