If you haven’t, remember those eight words because they are exactly why we are in business.

Let’s break it down.

“We exist to transform customers…”

We believe we’re doing that daily by changing the way our customer’s warehouse is ran when using our different functionalities.

But it doesn’t stop there.

Our dedicated support team is here to resolve any issues or queries our customers may be experiencing.

Recently, a Columbian distribution company reported it was taking a long time to get into the receiving workflow in production. In fact, sometimes they could not get into the workflow at all.

Our support team checked to make sure all functions were working properly at that time. Once that was checked off, our support team setup a remote session and began to troubleshoot the issue.

It didn’t take long to notice that the customer had an anti-virus program running on the RF-SMART server, which has been known to cause issues. Our support team recommended that they add RF-SMART’s directory to the “excluded” list in the anti-virus program.

This customer’s issue was resolved the same day.

“…and change lives.”

Wow. Those are bold words.
