Built for Oracle Financials Cloud, our mobile Fixed Assets module gives field workers and administrators a shared mobile solution to create, perform, approve, and submit physical inventories by asset location, key, or category - streamlining the asset management process and providing audit traceability.

How Does Mobile Fixed Assets Work with
Oracle Financials Cloud?

Automating your Fixed Assets processes can speed up counting, simplify transfers, and eliminate data entry errors workers face when trying to count and keep track of assets manually. RF-SMART provides a mobile, automated data-sync solution seamlessly integrated to Oracle Financials Cloud.

A user logs into the RF-SMART mobile app on a handheld device and downloads the available Fixed Assets activities. RF-SMART will show them exactly where to go, what items to count, and/or assets available for updating and transferring. From the app, users can update Descriptive Flexfields (DFFs) and print relevant asset labels or documents on demand. Managers can review activities and approve before submission to Oracle.
